Who we are

SSYouTube is a free online tool for saving YouTube videos as MP4 or MP3 files. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean SSYouTube. You can reach us at any time at contact@ssyoutube.vip.

What happens when you paste a link

When you paste a link and tap Download, the link is sent to our server. Our server passes only the video ID to a processing partner, which answers with the download links for that video. We show those links to you and do not keep them.

We use the link only to give you that file. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

What we do not keep

We do not store the links you paste, the files you create or a history of your downloads. There is no account, so we have no user names, passwords or payment details about you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga), and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. We still show no ads, you do not need an account, and we do not keep the links you paste or the files you download.

Hosting and technical data

Like every website, SSYouTube runs on hosting and network providers. When you open a page, they may process technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse.

Thumbnails and file delivery

Video thumbnails load directly from YouTube's image servers, so YouTube may see that your browser asked for the picture. When you tap a quality, your browser downloads the file straight from the video servers. It never passes through SSYouTube and is never stored by us.

Emails you send us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you and do not add you to any mailing list.

Children

SSYouTube is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask which data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. Because we keep almost nothing, the only data we usually hold is the emails you send us. Write to contact@ssyoutube.vip with any request or question.

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
