By using SSYouTube you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service is

SSYouTube is a free online tool that lets you save YouTube videos as MP4 video files or MP3 audio files. You paste a link, choose a format and a quality, and download the result. No account is needed.

Personal use and copyright

The service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Many videos are protected by copyright. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save a video, for example because you made it, because it is published under a free licence, or because the owner allows it. You must also respect YouTube's own terms of service.

What you must not do

When you use SSYouTube, you agree not to:

• download or share content you have no right to;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to scrape the service or overload it;
• try to break, attack or get around the technical parts of the service;
• use the service for anything illegal or to handle illegal content;
• resell the service or present it as your own.

Limits of the service

Videos can be saved as MP4 from 144p up to 1080p, and audio as MP3 at 320, 256, 192 or 128 kbps. Only public videos can be processed, and download links stop working after a few hours. Not every quality exists for every video.

We may change, pause or stop parts of the service at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

SSYouTube is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SSYouTube is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it, including lost data or files. You use the service and the files you download at your own risk.

Copyright complaints

If you own the rights to a video and believe the service is being used to infringe them, send the video link, a short description of your work and your contact details to contact@ssyoutube.vip. We review every complaint and act quickly. There is no separate form: email is the way to reach us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using SSYouTube after a change, you accept the updated terms.
